【Technical characteristics】

1、Table rails adopts a flat-and-V sliding structure,while wheel stock rails a flat-and-V rolling structure。

2、The wheel spindle is supported with precise hydrostatic bearings

3、The speed of work spindle is regulated steplessly with the help of a frequency converte

4、The change of pitch is obtained with change gears.。The accumulative pitch error is corrected by means of the correction bar in the front of the table

5、The tailstock is with a double-lay structure for taper adjustment

6、A hydraulic cylinder drives rapidly wheel stock advance and retreat。Dressing feeding and grinding feeding are conducted manually with coarse & fine mode

7、Wheel dressing is made by a copying plate with a fixed arc。If required by the user, the machine also can be equipped with a triangle wheel dresser to dress grinding wheel into triangle profile。

8、The machine is equipped with an enclosure cover and a high efficient oil mist exhauster

9、A magnetic separator is provided for cooling liquid cleaning
