【Main use】

The machine is mainly used to hard-mill the thread of ball-screw in one pass，and it can also be used to mill Acme thread。

1、The hardness of thread flanks can not be decreased because of hard-milling technology

2、The machining cost can be reduced and the machining efficiency can be enhanced 30% by making use of mountable & indexing CBN inserts

3、The machining zone is cooled with compression air, so the pollution caused by coolant can be eliminated
